Terms of Service
On this page 15 sections
01These terms
These terms govern your use of OddsPush ("we", "us"): the real-time odds feed at
wss://feed.oddspush.com/v1/stream, the REST endpoints where your plan includes them, and this website. By
opening an account or connecting with its key, you accept them. If you use OddsPush on behalf of a company, you
accept them for that company.
OddsPush is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
02The service
OddsPush is a data relay. We deliver the source's odds updates to subscribers over WebSocket, as received, with a snapshot of the current state when you subscribe or ask for one.
We do not set, adjust or curate prices. We do not accept bets, hold funds or act as a bookmaker.
03Your account, key and IP
- You open an account with an email address you control. Each account has one key. It identifies you and your plan, and it is also how you log in to your account on this website.
- Each key works from one IP address at a time. There is nothing to set: when the key connects from a new address, by a WebSocket login or a REST request, that address takes over and any open connection from the previous one is closed. Run your client from one server.
- Keep the key secret. You are responsible for everything done with it. It is shown once, when you sign up, and only we can change it: if you lose it or think it has leaked, message us on Telegram at @oddspush and we issue a new one. The old key then stops working.
- Keep your email address working: it is how you recover your account and how we reach you.
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
04Permitted use
You may use the data for your own personal use or the internal operations of your business: running your own bots, models and analysis on systems you control. Your trading decisions, models and internal reports are yours.
You are responsible for complying with the betting, gambling and data laws that apply where you operate.
05What you may not do
You may not:
- resell, sublicense or rent the data or the feed, or make it available to anyone else, paid or free;
- redistribute it: relay, mirror or re-broadcast it, publish it on a website, app, API or channel, or feed it into a product used by third parties;
- share your key, or let anyone outside your organization connect with it;
- run a proxy or repeater on the machine your key connects from to serve other people;
- work around plan limits or the one-address-at-a-time rule, or connect with a key that is not yours;
- probe, overload or attack the service, or interfere with other customers' connections.
These restrictions cover the raw frames and any copy, transformation or subset of them from which the prices can still be reconstructed.
06Free trial
The trial is activated on request. Opening an account does not start it, and until it is active the key receives no data. To ask for it, message us on Telegram at @oddspush with the email address of your account; we activate it by hand and tell you when it is active.
It lasts 7 days from the moment we activate it, costs nothing and ends on its own. Nothing is charged when it ends. It carries the trial limits listed in our documentation.
One trial per person, company, mailbox and network. A mailbox or network that has already had one may be refused a new trial. We may decline or end a trial at our discretion.
07Plans, payment and renewal
- Prices and limits are those on our pricing page on the day you pay.
- Paid plans are bought from your account and paid in cryptocurrency, through an invoice from our payment processor. We do not take cards. Your plan starts once the payment is confirmed.
- Plans are prepaid for their period and do not renew automatically. To renew, pay before the expiry date; otherwise the key stops working when the period ends.
- Fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.
- We may change prices for future periods. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- [TAX TREATMENT]
08Plan limits
Each plan sets limits on simultaneous connections, snapshots, snapshot volume and reconnects. When you reach one, the relay rejects the request or closes the connection with a code listed in the docs. A client that falls too far behind the live feed is disconnected so it cannot hold up the service.
Reaching a limit is not a breach. Deliberately evading one is.
09Source of the data
The odds are Pinnacle's prices, relayed as received. OddsPush is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinnacle. The Pinnacle name belongs to its owner and is used here only to describe the data.
We grant you no rights over the data beyond the use described in section 04.
10No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:
- availability: the feed may be interrupted, delayed or degraded, including when the source is;
- accuracy or completeness: prices may be late, missing, wrong, or withdrawn by the source after publication;
- that the latency figures on this website match what you measure from your location.
We make no uptime commitment. You decide how to use the data, and you bear the risk of any trade or bet you place with it.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, trading or betting losses, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, or revoke its key, without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe the key is being shared, the data is being resold or redistributed, the service is being abused or attacked, or a payment has not been made. Where the breach is clear, no refund is due for the rest of the period. Otherwise we tell you why by email and, where it makes sense, give you the chance to fix it.
You may stop at any time; tell us and we close your account and revoke its key. Sections 05, 09, 10, 11 and 14 survive termination.
13Changes
We may change the service, the message format and these terms. We post the new version here and update the date at the top. For material changes, we tell active customers by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
Message fields that are not documented may change without notice.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes go to the courts of [VENUE], unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
